Shipping

In stock merchandise is usually processed and shipped within 2 business days. If the item is not in stock, we will give you an expected shipping time of that order by email.

Shipping/Handling charges are calculated on the basis of the total amount of the purchase; for the continental United States, please refer to the table below.

Express Delivery Options

Add $5.00 to Standard Shipping costs for 2 Day Express Delivery. In-stock orders placed before 5:00p.m. PST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Expect to receive your order within 2 business days after processing.
Add $10.00 to Standard Shipping costs for Overnight Express Delivery.

International Shipping

International orders will be charged actual shipping charges; these charges are based on shipping weight, rather than order amount. If the actual shipping charge is different from the amount on your original order, we will email you to let you know what that charge is. We must hear back from you within three days in order to process your order. Sometimes the shipping charge quoted on our site is sufficient to cover the cost of postage, and in that case you will not hear from us - we will simply process your order as it originally appears. International customers are responsible for any taxes or duties that may be imposed by their country.

Returns

You may return merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 30 days from date of purchase. Product should be unused and in original condition packaging. Refund is based on the original form of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returns.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not refundable even if returned within the time limits:

• Shipping charges

• Any items that are defaced or physically damaged by end-users. We reserve the right to check the conditions of the returned items before issuing a refund.

• Clearance items that are marked as non-refundable
